MAKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK
tiring or what. training that is. though i think i've said this before but yesterday's training was soooooooooooo tiring. did 2 rounds and warm ups on our own. ran 7 rounds on our own too. alex kinda helped time us. by the 3rd or 4th round, coach came. sadly, i only finished it at 16mins 43secs. so said alex ah. tsk. i can't go before the 15 mins timing seh. so sad.
anyway, we did ball touches after that. also tiring. oh, then we had a small 2 aside game 'cause we had limited people. 9 in a team. we had to hit the 4 cones in order to get a score. good that my team defended like mad. felt like i was all over the place or centre 'cause i was playing centre back with Sha Sha. centre back's job can be sooo tiring due to all the sprintings! especially if the striker is a sprinter.
mampos. can die i tell you. after that, it was defender's versus the attackers. that's when i really felt exhausted. extremely exhausted. calves started to cramp up again. ankles starting to act up again. annoying really, especially when i'm like in the middle of a game. end off with the normal sit up+headings and push ups.
i sooo need leg massage and a swim in the swimming pool. oh well, i have like about 3 days to rest and recover. which is good. the gals are having a match at Home Team Academy with Police FC this Saturday but i can't go though. have this Maulud thingy for arwah Nadiah. i guess it's like a
kenduri kinda thing. haven't been going ah, so i wanna go just this once.
anyway, i have an additional furniture in my room. now my room's sooooo cramped up! first thing's first. my room is soooo messy. it doesn't look like a gal's room. agreed? here it is:

the 4 that accompanies me to sleep. lol.
oh and i've found more new BOF guys photos. more of Kim Hyun Joong and Kim Bum. HAHAHA! and i've found another Korean drama fanatic. LOVES.
