and Yatt's wish came true. like FINALLY! haha. she, well most of us too, wished that there wouldn't be any 7 rounds today. and the wish came true. 'cause a group of photographers came to take some shots of the RPWST training/warming up/ posing. oh, Farah Yau and me were models suddenly just 'cause our faces were in the shot. LOL. like that also can. so we had to sign a form and stuff to so called get our permission and all uh.
straight away after that was just ball touches and the norms. we didn't end off with the usual 2 aside though. coach kinda focused on the attackers 'cause we couldn't do our finishings. so he made them practise it while we defenders... well, just defend lor. and if you think the defenders aren't breaking any sweat, you're wrong! OMGGGG, how tiring was it? run up, run down, sprint left, sprint right. :O the last part of that exercise had to be my group what. okok, not wanting to sound i'm complaining or what, but it's good exercise still. i had to chase dearest Marj and by the time Mary kicked the ball out finally! i was breathless. well you see, our dearest Marj runs everywhere, so yea. hahaha. really ah, you run like everywhere sia. lucky i had some little bits of energy somewhere in me to try and mark you. ahahaa. but good la. make our opponent irritated. but actually if you do that in a real match. it'll be an offside.

oh, and my all time fave stray cat was sleeping away when i left house for training. damn cute lar.
this one actually her hand was covering her face but she moved.
then she moved again, stretched and then just stopped there. -_- such a sleepy head!
