what a long week! it felt like weeks ago that i hung out with my secondary school friends but it was only like last monday. a lot of things happened during the week. from gatherings to soccer matches to rugby matches. it was fun and at the same time nerve-wrecking. i nearly died watching one of the soccer matches. my feet were light and my palms were cold. i seriously couldn't take the pressure. i nearly wanted to go home but i stayed on, hoping for a miracle. but kinda reminds me of the Vietnam vs Singapore match. omg, how annoying was it. great chances but keeper blocked shots or missed the chances. gah!!

anyway, talking about football. i so can't wait for training! i feel heavy in a sense that, i've not been running much so i suspect that my stamina has tremendously dropped. say goodbye to Beep Test. hahahaha. and i'm gonna do what i planned to do for the next season. gotta persevere. and i've bench marked some people like you, you, you and you. especially you, of course. have to, man. my idol, my one & if only. hahaha!
