waiting for my group's turn to present. we're like the 4th team to present so i kinda have a long way to go. the 1st team hasn't even started la. okok, they just did.
had a party at Civil Service Club last Saturday. it was Miss Waheeda's birthday. it was great 'cause the Makkals got together again. with the fact that most of them are like drinking and smoking, yea. other than that, it's great fun! everyone wasn't who they really were during the secondary school days. you get to see how much all of us have changed. especially me and gaya Bee. hahaha.
before the party, i met up with Mel, Zan & Suat. slacked our way until 6.30pm. so we went from Far East to Heeren to Cine. met up with Kar Mun & Nicole at Cine too. and guess who i met at Cine? I SAW OLD BIRD! with his Mrs Old Bird and Old Bird Junior of course. they look adorable, man. hahaha. he's still the same old big brother that we had. serious shidd la.. miss him like $%^&. those were the days, man. year 1, sem 1. :( and it's 'cause of him, i became who i am today too.

ok, back. i saw Idol No. 1 today. HAHAHAH! i seriously couldn't recognise him!! he cut his hair shorter. i had to give like 3 looks at him to confirm that was him. ahahha. omg, seriously la. he looks different. oh oh, and not to mention.. EH WAIT! i saw ALL my Idols today!! 1st- No. 2, 2nd- No.1, 3rd- No.3. hahaha. what a day! :D

omg, it's been one tiring week for me la. it's like the more early i sleep the more tired i get, so i tried sleeping in later. worse, i felt as tired as the before! how can this problem be solved, man?
anyway, yesterday was such an interesting day. i meant after school. that's when the fun starts. haha. quickly made my way to Sports Complex right after my UT, which i have a little faith in. lol. met up with Iman & other ruggers. soon off we went. oh, the bus was late, as usual. pfft.
i'm always afraid to talk during the bus ride to TP 'cause their captain will make sure no one fool's around but be in their own 'box' to think about the match they were about to play. so imagine, the
bus filled with boys and it's silent. well, almost. i just slept throughout the journey. a good way to catch up on my sleep. oh, and i think i'm only afraid of their captain when he's like super serious. :S so scary. hahah! and soon... it was GAME ON. :D
geared up, strapped up & padded up. and not to mention the stench. urgh~ oh, Bestie was able to catch the game yesterday. she came like when TP was leading. -_- so we sat beside Iman who was recording the match for his advisor, Glenn. i was like showing Bestie my 3 Idols. all 3 of them were playing. oh, and i showed her the 'famous guy on campus'. who else? she said that his assets are his eyes. very mesmerizing. hahah.
THEN THEN, someone ELSE caught her attention. she actually 'scolded' me for not telling her about this rugby player that she finds hot. okay la, good looking is a much better word. must be his charm. i find him charming too. haha. as we were talking to each other, this guy was like nearby and he kept on looking at her. at times, he smiled too i think. guess what, he's indonesian. -_- NO WONDER LA HE WAS SMILING! 'cause we were talking about him. hahaha! water face gone eh, shirin. hahaa.
so as a very nice and dedicated bestie, i actually went Friendster and find his profile, and gave the link to her. hahaha. MUST BE HAPPY, RIGHT?? hahaha. ok, gimme something in return. :P

imagine that i'm posting this yesterday.
it's Captain's birthday today! it's been like long time since we've met actually. hope you enjoyed your day! :)
it's a Wednesday today, so no school but i've got training later in the evening. before that, Iman and i went to North Point to find the rugby ball that i wanted to get him. none found. then we tried Ang Mo Kio Central, where i saw THAT Adidas rugby ball. asked the staff, he said: errh, no we don't have one. #$%^&*(^%$%^ I SAW ONE THAT TIME LAR!!! :( i was super sad that whole day. so much for being uberly excited about getting it. oh well, at least i have savings. :D but still, i'm upset. sorry Eye-Man. :(
i came too early for training i think. it only starts at about 6.30pm but i was there like 5pm? got changed and got some balls out. some of my team mates and i had a small kickabout by the side of the field as the soccer guys were having training. it was Mix n Match vs The Ying & Yang. Shantini was in my team while Celine & Yi Wen were in the other. kick here and there, we drew 4-4. more of like we let them drew with us 'cause i wanted to drink so badly. haha! let's just say that Mix n Match scored much nicer goals than they do. *eyebrow motion*
i did a 1-2 passing with Shantini lar and the bestest part is that she scored! OMG!! so cool! i've been doing that 1-2 passing with Yi Wen and i got it right like now. so fun! another nicer goals was when it was my team's ball. Shantini tried to dribble pass Celine but passed to me instead, and all i did was to shoot at the goal post. i tried doing that so many times earlier but it didn't worked out. that time, it worked. everyone thought it'll hit Yi Wen's butt or something but NO... it went in nicely. TOP CORNER SOME MORE. ok fine, it was a small goal post. i forgot to mention that. hehe. but still, for a defender like me who rarely scores, it's a HUGE DEAL okay. :P
so later, it was training session. U-19 girls didn't train with us today. anyway, we did fitness & suicide runs first as the field was still being used by the boys. gosh, that was super tiring. we had to do 5 sets of the runs. did some jumping thing too. say it can strengthen our ankles. i so need that. no... Ili, Irna, Yatt and i sooo need that. haha! surprisingly i could balance myself while doing it.
we had a 1 on 1 session too. defender against forwards. Yi Wen tried the chip trick on me. -_- i think i did fine for that session. it just felt like a pasar malan when we did that uh. haha! "come girl, this stall nobody play one." lol.
we also had a small match. defender vs forwards again. 4 defenders and 6 forwards. defends did well tonight. WOO!!! baek ah! right back of our team unite! haha. i heard Faz complimenting me while i was trying to defend the girls. :) ok la, she's not that bad after all. just need to show that you mean business and she'll be ok with you i guess. hope that i'm able to continue to do this. positive attitude!! ( sounds familiar hor?) :D trying to hint to An lar.
we ended it off with a penalty shootout. lucky i didn't get Alex as the keeper. i missed 2 shots at first. by the 3rd, i realised that i've been shooting at the same spot. so i assumed Farah might dive to the spot where i always kick at. so i tried to fake her. i kept looking at the left side... POOM.. naah, right side. haha. like FINALLY, i'm not the last one to score a penalty. yay!
Babe was so sweet to wait for me until i was done with training. i guess i shouldn't have got mad at him yesterday. :S and yes Babe, i AM still afraid of your flyhalf. he IS a flyhalf, right? haha. he just gives me the chills down my spine uh. :( unlike my Idols. :D
so far, a good start to something i wanted. i'm looking forward to Friday. ok, i have Micro Controller UT tomorrow, i meant later. gotta go do some revision.

first and foremost, HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MY TWIN- Bulner Amelia Shin Ying. ok we don't look alike already. haha! hope you had a great day. i missed you and i know you missed me. do meet up soon kay? :D
anyway, these past few days, i've been trying out or rather watching a different type of sport other than soccer.
Mondayit was rugby day today. RP Warriors had a match against the Titans SP. while waiting for the guys to meet up at the sports complex, Iman taught me how to throw the ball properly. well, after much 'practice' i was able to throw it as it should be. sadly, Iman wasn't chosen to play for POL-ITE this year 'cause he had some injury lately so yea. this means i can't have any FREAKING injury by the time i'm ready for POL-ITE.
the match. well, i guess it was a tough match. RP did tried their best to score another try after My Idol No. 3 scored our 1st. Idol No. 2 kick the ball the way i wanted. haha. Idol No. 1 brought down the opponent when i wanted him to and Idol No. 3 did more than i expected. hahaha! yes yes, i have idols in the rugby team. just like my idols in the All Blacks team. :) oh oh, once they've done with the match, it's best to get AWAY from them. you don't wanna know how BAD they smelt! haha!
we lost 19-5 in the end. not a bad 2nd match though and from what i've heard RP's on the top table. for now. they have to maintain this, man. at least for their own good uh. GO WARRIORS!!
Tuesdayit's silat day! there was this welcoming of the President thingy today. dunno why he just felt like coming to RP. haha. so 'cause of that, there wasn't any training today. yay! but Zul and Iman had. so Yi Wen and i waited for them at the Martial Arts room and yea, silat was held there too. so i get to see all the action! from start to finish. ahaha.
have a few other friends in silat other than Zul, like... Daniel Yew Kok Hoe (love saying his full name lar),Eng Seng and An! was slacking there to finish up my RJ but was VERY distracted with their routines. luckily, by the time i was done, they were only starting to start their fight. FUN TIME BEGINS! hahaa.
first match was Zul's i think. well, i dunno who won. haha! seriously, i'm such a noob about silat. i know NUTS about it but it's SO nice to watch them do it. i kinda expected Zul to win his matches 'cause erm... i know he can do it? haha. i dunno lar, i just know it. i think he won his first match 'cause his opponent kinda like did mistakes and stuff. onto the next one!
erm, i think it's An's. haha! omg, STML is getting on my nerves! anyway, i really dunno what to expect though. haha. and i dunno who won. but the fight was a good one. exciting! NEXT!
Daniel arh. the boy who does that horse kicks ( he stopped doing that already. lol.) . a few kicks here and there and OUT. Daniel injured his erm... leg area. ok, next.
ENG SENG ARH!! wha... not bad seh. he tried to bring his opponent down once. cheh cheh cheh. hahah. the moments when he was fighting, i was trying to imagine him spiking his opponent's head. hehehe. volleyball what.. :P but good lar, Eng Seng. not a bad fight. can be improved! :D
i think Zul and An had about 3 fights, Dan 2 and Eng Seng 1. i thnk ah. oh oh! talk of the town, well not really. lol. An made 2 of his team mates injured. tsk tsk tsk. one kick, one injury. haha. and it's like the same place i think. aiyoo...
oh and another one. Daniel's injury. Zul was massaging Dan's 'dead spot'. so yea, he was moaning in pain. then when Zul asked: is it better now? Dan replied: yea, better better... ARGH!! hahahahaha! me and Yi Wen couldn't stop laughing. his reaction was super cute! ahaha. so bad right? laugh at other's misery. okok, GET WELL SOON ARH, BRO. :D must recover so can fight for me. :D haha. go Piak! haha.
well, that's about it. just wanna say that all these sports have REALLY tempted me to join and stuff. i guess i lived to the title of " The Sports Lover", all thanks to Facebook. gah!! silat is soooo tempting!

have been very very lazy to update my blog really. there's like so many things to say but i'm lazy to type it out all here. and what's more, my blog's not private. thought of switching to LJ but it'll be a waste if i just delete this one. all those old memories. haha!
maybe i'll just make one sometime soon. don't expect it to be updated much though. i'll make the other blog as my blog to rant out my feelings. just for those closer to me. to let them know how i'm feeling and such. so for those LJ users out there, help me out aight. ain't too sure how it works and stuff.
anyway, my family and i went to the Grands. before we went there, we stopped by Mukmin's Restaurant opposite Geylang Stadium to have our late lunch and guess what. i saw Aide Iskandar munching on his snack before training starts. as i ate my lunch, his other team mates joined him 1 by 1. Noor Ali, Noh Rahman, 1 new face and some other foreigners. i sooo wanted to take photos with them but i was kinda shy to approach them. gah! stupid shyness or i would've taken with them! okok, shall forget about it. at least i GET to meet The Captain up close and personal. :)

what a week!
it's been a tiring, confusing and aching week. tiring 'cause of that DARN MATTRESS. confusing 'cause of the patch back and aching 'cause of my ankle. hehe. which captain warned us not to play before match day else we'll get injured. and erm, i didn't listen.. so yea. :D hehehe.
oh oh! RP Rugby Warriors won their 1st POL-ITE 08 match against NP! YAY!! RP 27-5 NP. and the next match that i'm able to watch is their match against SP, which is one tough opponent. i just hope that RP can play well and be cool headed. from what i've heard, this year's team has some potential. WIN THE TOP 3 POSITION!! soccer girls are! haha.

WHAT A TIRING DAY!

it's all 'cause of that mattress, i woke up with an aching body. i felt sleepy all the time. well, throughout the day! i couldn't even go to my religious class even if i wanted to. and it's not like i played football for the WHOLE 90 mins last night either. GAH!! I WANT MY SLEEP BACK! you don't wanna mess with Farhana & her sleep. ask Iman. :D
it's a clearing of CE points day today. i went for a talk, Iman and i signed up for 2 excursions to Tekong & SISPEC during the hols and did a
meaningful RJ about the stories, poems and drawings some students did about the Changi Museum they went to visit. i'm sooo trying to clear all the points like mad. and Iman still hasn't cleared them. yes, i KNOW his ID and password so i can check on them anytime i want. okay, not only him. Isa too. hehehe.
racial harmony day's coming soon. it's been a long time since we had that, man. why not E44R have our OWN racial harmony day. haha! or maybe not. it'll be DARN hot. alright, dinner's here.

i dunno what's up with my family these past few days. all i can say is that the way we talk to each other has been rather heaty in a way. like today, when i came back home, almost everyone started to like communicate with that impolite manner.
well, this is my blog and i just feel like ranting what i'm feeling right now.
granny complained to me saying that mum and aunts have been unreasonable. granny wanna get some more erm, bras... but the moment my sis told mum, she started her lecture & nagging to granny. like wtf? she's your own freaking mum and that's how you treat her? sure, you asked me to respect you and stuff but how can i even do that when you don't even do it to your own mum. yes, sometimes she can be at your nerves but no matter what, she's still your mum. talking about contradicting. pfft.
another problem, dad. my tv point's power ain't so good so it gets difficult when we wanna watch Cable and use the net too. we gotta use this splitter thingy which unfortunately splits the 'power', causing the strength to be low or none at all. so dad took out the Cable and let me use the net. ok, i'm now able to go online but when dad tired the home pc, he couldn't. i dunno why but he just can't. he got mad and went to his room. and now, mum thinks that all those times i chatted with my friends, caused this problem. LIKE COME ON!! why does it have to be ME? just 'cause i use the net often? what logic is that, man?
anyway, today. he gave me something, kissed my head and left. erm, yea ok. got home and opened it. was wondering what was that for as it seemed random to me. thanks but i still don't get it. wonder what's the reason. his granny/ my aunt got admitted into hospital yesterday i think. hope she'll be fine.
well, i think i'd better go now or else mum would go nuts. -_- gah!!

Lee Peigen. though my memory isn't working with me but from what i've heard stories from my mum, she's my longest friend. like totally. i've met her before we even went into primary 1. we went to the same primary school, secondary school and not to mention, POLY TOO! many of you might say,
OMG... that bad ah? but naah, it's cool. i guess it's fate. we're just meant to be in the same school. lol.
anyway, had another birthday celebration by Babe, Zul, Yi Wen & Engseng! i was surprised to see Engseng. i went:

and yea, it's my day today. well, not really. i have about... 8 hours more. i'm born around 7am. haha! anyway, just wanna say thanks to those who wished me and sang me birthday songs. really appreciate it a lot.
anyway, after training, i thought of like just grab some take aways and go home. but no... i had a surprise birthday celebration or what ever you wanna call it. i kinda suspected something was amiss but i seriously didn't expect Bestie-Einn & Nadia to show up! they laid lighted candles on the walkway near the fields of Woodlands, saying: Happy Bday :)

i know it's like damn late to even post this but better late than never right?
VIVA ESPANA!!- as said by David Villa. :)
we're the champions, man! cool or what. i've read many article about the win and many mentioned that Spain truly deserves the win as they've been playing great football from the start of the tournament. i can see that they played a passing game. something totally different from the way English clubs usually play. Xavi was awarded the Player of Euro 08. another deserving win for him. he created a lot of chances and basically, he's like the playmaker for Spain, apart from Fabregas. that's another player that played awesome against the Russian game. so, kudos to MY team!!
