got back from soccer training. ran 1.5km around the school campus before doing about 15 sets of sprints. 2 downhill and another uphill. and thanks to that, i kinda injured my inner left thigh. guess i overused my thigh muscles.
Sha Sha, Irna and i were like finding out ways to un-cramp it but it all didn't work. it's super funny uh the way we wanna ease it. " how uh? that one didn't work also."
after the sprints, we did about 3 sets of: sit ups, push ups, jumping jacks and star jumps. my team had our own bloopers. it was damn funny uh! later, we played a short street soccer game. we got divided into 2 teams. the score was 1-1. and like i said, i perform better when i play street. i don't know why but i just do. and i don't get tired easily when i play street.
alright, i wanna get some rest. damn tired. from physical to washing my eyes. i should rest now. and someone finds some rugger hot. XD
