Notice: i won't be in S'pore from Friday, 29th December 2006, to Tuesday, 2nd January 2007.

it'll be difficult to start typing the year 2007 now. we're like so used to the number 2006 already. anyway, i caught the Man Utd vs Wigan match yesterday. thank God i didn't really watch the 1st half. it wasn't that exciting. wanna know why? 'cause Cristiano wasn't playing during the 1st half. hehehe.

then, came the 2nd half. Cristiano's like a saviour of somesort last night. right after the 2nd half started, like about 5 minutes later, he got a free header to make 1-0. you should like watch its repeat or something. it was so uber cool! soon after that, Park Ji Sung was fouled and a penalty was given *kamsamnida/thank you*. Cristiano took the penalty but got a rebound instead however, that didn't stop him from taking that rebound to find the ball at the back of the net. later on, Rooney headed the ball to Ole Gunnar Solskjaer who made 3-0.

i thought that the person from the Newpaper who predicted that Man Utd's gonna win 3-0 was very accurate but a last minute penalty caused that thought to be 'unacceptable'. so in the end, it was Man Utd 3-1 Wigan.

AND, complacent Chelsea, as the Newpaper wrote, drew 2-2 to Reading. *shakes head* if Essein didn't scored that own goal, it would have been a whole different story today. hah.

if Cristiano performs better and improves in every match, i think Man Utd has a very good chance of snatching the title back from Chelsea but we, Man Utd fans, musn't be complacent either or we'll get what Chelsea received last night.
