EUPHORIA!!!!!

Spain 4-0 Ukraine

i will take back my words about Brazil. to tell you the truth, Brazil's performance was fair. the best match that i have ever seen in the World Cup 2006 was the Spain vs Ukraine match last night.!! the spaniards got 2 goals one after another during the first half of the game. the first goal was taken from a corner done by Xavi. he crossed the ball towards the penalty box which allowed Xabi Alonso to do a header and scored Spain's first goal. beauty. the second goal was a free kick by David Villa. some Ukraine's defender tackled Pernia( think it's him) a little too hard, that's why.

second half. everything was smooth sailing for Spain. Torres received the ball from his team mate quickly and tried to kicked the ball towards the goal but he somehow fell during the execution. the defender had minimal contact on Torres but the referree showed a red card to him. kinda harsh don't you think? i had a feeling that the ref was somehow siding Spain. hahaha. but it's the ref's decision to give the card, so we can't do anything. anyway, Torres was awarded the penalty as the foul was in the penalty box. Villa did the penalty. of course he scored! but the atmosphere before he shot the goal was very scary. suspense you see. very, very scary. for me, that is. haha. Alonso and Villa were substituted by Raul and Albelda at the same time. it was after when Luis Garcia was substituted by Cesc Fabregas that the 4th goal was conceded.( did i used the correct word?) Torres scored that goal. just a normal shot passed the keeper.

after the whole match, i called my bestie, Shirin. i can't let my happiness within me be stuck! but that doesn't mean that i started sreaming into the phone! hahas. onli now Shirin realised that my taste on players aren't that bad. she said that the spanish players were darn good-looking. ESPECIALLY FERNANDO TORRES!!! HAWT STUFF!! i was flirting with the spanish players last night! sorry cristiano, i can't help it. hahahas...aarh..shit. melanie shouldn't see this post or else she'll take him away from Shirin and me!!!
